Big Barn Crossfit has teamed up with ICWA to merge the olympic lifting programming as one. Classes are as follows:

Olympic Weightlifting Level 1:

This is a 13 week session that will be running on Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.  This is a structured class that will build your skill development  and muscle strengthening of your Olympic Lifts. For more information on registering for this class, contact Jessica Smith below.

Olympic Weightlifting Open Session:

The current class times will be on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm, then Monday at 6:30pm will open up in April.  These classes will continue to provide structured programming and one on one instruction but the classes will be more flexible to the members needs and scheduling. Preregistration is required for these sessions.
