This class is designed to increase endurance and build core strength. The class focuses on body weight movements, more specifically on training your aerobic system rather than your anaerobic system. The need for endurance in sports is often predicated as the need of cardiovascular and simple muscular endurance, but its development is far more complex. Endurance can be divided into two categories to include general endurance and specific endurance.
Barndurance focuses more on general endurance for the weekly classes, but specific programming can be done for athletes training for a specific event, such as: marathons, triathlons, obstacle races, etc.
Our classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 8:00am. You are welcome to join in anytime!
