Big Barn CrossFit’s Olympic Weightlifting club offers evidence-based, progressive training focused on the snatch and clean & jerk — the two competition lifts that develop explosive power, coordination, and full-body strength unlike anything else.
We offer two structured tracks: Level 1 is a 13-week foundational program emphasizing safe technique, squat and deadlift mechanics, posture, and mobility. Level 2 is a 12-week advanced program with a greater emphasis on competition lift performance and high-volume squat and pull variations.
Both programs include performance nutrition guidance and individual assessments from our partners at ICWA — so every athlete progresses safely and effectively. Weightlifting builds bone density, reduces body fat, strengthens connective tissue, and increases physical work capacity.
